Almond Chicken

    1. In a blender add ½cup Almond, 3 Green Chilli, 1 teaspoon Thillai’s Guntur Chili Powder and 1 teaspoon Thillai’s Nattu Malli Coriander Powder.
    2. Along with this add 2 tablespoon of water and blend everything to a fine paste and set aside. Heat a kadai with 1 tablespoon Coconut oil.
    3. Once its hot add crushed 3 Thillai’s Cardamom, 2 inch piece of Cinnamon sticks and 1 Bay leaf. Saute for few seconds.
    4. Next add ½ cup shallots or small onion and ¼ cup of sliced regular onions. Add Salt.
    5. Saute everything together until the onions are cooked glossy.
    6. Now add 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste and cook in a low flame. Next add cleaned ½ Kg Chicken pieces.
    7. Combine everything and saute in a low flame for 2 minutes. Next add Almond paste. Mix everything.
    8. Add 1 cup of water. Cook for a minute and then add ½ teaspoon of Thillai’s Malabar Black pepper powder and the required salt.
    9. Mix well and then add 1 teaspoon Thillai’s Garam Masala Powder .Combine everything and cook till the chicken is cooked completely.
    10. Once the chicken is cooked. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot Almond chicken.


    Taste with Best : Ghee Rice or Naan
