Badam Pasanda

Badam Pasanda is a Mughlai dish of meat in rich gravy. It is Very rich in flavours with tempting aroma. Raw meat, coated with yogurt and few spices and almond nuts are used in the preparation, so it is called Padam Pasanda. Serve hot Badam Pasanda with tandoori roti.

    1. Make deep incisions in the thin pieces of lamb thigh Mutton.
    2. Heat pan, then add ½ Kg lamb thigh mutton, ½ Cup Butter, ½ cup yogurt, 3 tablespoon Thillai’s Guntur Chilli Powder, salt, 1 tablespoon Thillai’s Garam Masala, 1 tablespoon Thillai’s Black Pepper, 1 tablespoon Thillai’s Cumin seeds, 7 Pieces of Thillai’s Cardamoms, 4 tablespoon Garlic paste and 4 tablespoon powder of sauted onions to the pan. Mix it well.
    3. Cover the pan and cook for half an hour.
    4. Garnish with 8 boiled and peeled almonds.

    Badam pasanda is ready to eat.
