  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and add 250g of Mushroom pieces and fry for 2 mins.
  2. Add 50g of Thillai’s Easy Chettinad Chicken Mix to the mushroom and blend well.
  3. Add required water, salt and mix well, Cook until gravy thickens.
  4. Finally Garnish with coriander leaves.
  5. Now tasty and delicious Chettinad mushroom gravy is ready to serve.
