Take 500g Prawn pieces measure 3 tablespoons of Thillai’s Crispy Chicken hot & spicyand add 100ml of water in a small bowl to make it into a wet mix. Empty the remaining dry Prawn mix into a wide plate

Dip the Prawn pieces into wet mix and then coat the dry mix until the Prawn is fully covered with dry mix.

Place the coasted Prawn pieces into the heated oil and fry the Prawn until it reaches a golden brown color.
