- Idli rava: 500 gms
- Salt to taste
- Cooking soda: pinch
- Curry leaves, Coriander leaves
- Green chillies: 15
- Carrot: 3
- Mustard seeds: 2Teaspoons
- Hing: 1Teaspoon
- Oil: 2Teaspoons
- Heat the pan, add oil, green chillies & coriander leaves fry it well & grind it becomes paste.
- After, add oil, hing, mustard seeds, curry leaves, turmeric tempering it.
- Switch off the flame. Grated the carrot.
- Mix the batter in these. Make the idlis.
- Serve with chutney & sambar.
Now tasty Spicy Idli / Masala Idli / Karam Idli is ready to serve.
