Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1 kg Mutton
- Thillai’s Easy Madurai Mutton Fry Masala – 50g
Water as required Salt to taste
Preparation Method:

Cut 1 Kg of Mutton into small size pieces, add 50g of Thillai’s Easy Madurai Mutton fry Masala in it and marinate for 30 mins

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, saute the mutton on low flame for 2 mins and add required amount of water and stir until mutton becomes tender.

Garnish with onion rings fresh coriander leaves.
