Ingredients:
- 125ml Oil
- 125g Tomatoes
- 500g Mutton
- 50g Thillai’s Easy Biryani Mix
- 500g of Basmati Rice
- 1.5 litres of Water
Preparation Method:

Heat 125ml of oil in a pressure cooker; add 125g of chopped tomatoes and fry for a minute.

Add 500g of mutton pieces and fry until you get a pleasant aroma.

Add 50g of Thillai’s Easy Biryani Mix and fry for a minute

Now add 500g of Basmati rice and blend well, add 1.5 liters of water and salt.

Cook until you hear three to four whistles from the Pressure cooker.
