Ingredients
- 12 Idiyappam
- 50 g Thillai’s Easy Biryani Mix
- 125 ml Oil
- 800 ml Water
- 50 ml Coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- Few Coriander leaves
Preparation Method:

Heat 125 ml of oil in a pressure cooker.

Add 50g Thillai’s Easy Biryani Mix and fry for a minute. Add in 50 ml coconut milk and boil it.

Now add Idiyappam pieces and gently mix well until it’s coated, add required amount of water (800 ml) and salt for better taste, add 1 tablespoon ghee, pressure cook until you hear three or four whistles from the cooker.

Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
Now tasty Idiyappam Biryani is ready to serve.
