- 15 Idlis
- 4 tablespoons Thillai’s Easy Chicken 65 Masala
- 250ml Oil
- Few Coriander Leaves
- Cut 15 idlis into small pieces.
- Add 3 tablespoons of Thillai’s Easy Chicken 65 Masala in it and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat 250 ml oil in a fry pan on slow flame and fry the idli pieces until cook well.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and onion rings.
