    Ingredients

      • Left over idlis
      • Peas
      • Carrot
      • Boiled potatoes
      • ginger
      • Garlic
      • Green chillies
      • Cabbage
      • Garam masala
      • Chilli powder
      • curry leaves
      • Turmeric powder
      • Salt to taste
      • Little oil to shallow fry. 
    • For Chutney:

      • Coconut
      • Jaggery
      • Red Chillies
      • Curry leaves
      • Tamarind
      • Salt to taste

    Preparation Method:

      1. In a bowl mash idlis with all boiled vegetables then dry spices.
      2. Give them any shape as you like.
      3. Then shallow fry with little oil till color changes to golden brown

    For chutney blend together all the above ingredients…..with little water…

    Now tasty  Idli bites with chutney shots is ready to serve.
