Idli with Mutton Liver Gravy

Idli With Mutton Liver Gravy


  • 150g Mutton Liver
  • Oil as required
  • 50g Onion
  • 1 Cassia
  • 1 Teaspoon Fennel Seeds
  • 4 Clove
  • 2 Star Anise
  • 50g Thillai’s Pandiyanadu Mutton Kuzhambu Mix
  • Coconut Milk as required
  • Salt to Taste
  • Water as required
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin seeds

Preparation Method For Mutton Liver Gravy

  1. Heat a kadai with oil. Add 1 Cassia, 1 teaspoon fennel seeds, 4 Clove, 2 Star Anise and 1 teaspoon cumin seeds. Saute all items.
  2. Add 50g onion, saute well till onion turns into golden color.
  3. Add 150g Mutton Liver, water and add Thillai’s Pandiyanadu Mutton Kuzhambu Mix, mix well and let it boil.
  4. Add required salt and coconut milk and give sometimes to boil it.
  5. Switch off the stove when the mutton liver is cooked well.
  6. Now serve hot Idli with Mutton Liver Gravy.
