    Preparation Method:

    Soak Idli rice 4 cups in a bowl overnight( 5 to 8 hrs)

    Soak urid dhal( relatively a white one to make the idli look like jasmine flowers) overnight ( 5to 8 hrs)

    Grind both separately to a smooth paste  and the mix it with a little salt with your clean hands to make idli batter.

    Ferment the mixture for around 8 hours under room temperature ( approx 30deg). check if the batter has risen and fermented.

    Make idlis  with cloth( cloth gives a good aroma and feel good softness to idlis rather than using oil in the idli pan)

    Now tasty Idli with Pandiyanadu Mutton Kuzhambu is ready to serve.
