Ingredients
- 500ml Milk
- 4 Tablespoon Thillai’s Masala Milk Mix
- 20g Sugar
- 5g Cashew paste
- 1 Tablespoon Pistachios
Preparation Method For Kulfi
- Boil 500ml of milk in a pan. Add 4 tablespoon of Thillai’s Masala Milk Mix and stir it well.
- Add 20g of sugar and 5g coarse grinded cashew paste into the pan.
- Boil and stir continuously until it reduced to half.
- Cool it in a room temperature for 2 minutes and transfer into a kulfi mold.
- Keep it in the freezer for 4 hours.
- Garnish the kulfi with chopped 1 tablespoon pistachios and enjoy.
