Kulfi is an authentic and traditional indian ice cream. In the hot summer, Kulfi is a popular and sought after dessert recipe from indian cuisine and served after lunch or dinner.

Preparation Method For Kulfi

  1. Boil 500ml of milk in a pan. Add 4 tablespoon of Thillai’s Masala Milk Mix and stir it well.
  2. Add 20g of sugar and 5g coarse grinded cashew paste into the pan.
  3. Boil and stir continuously until it reduced to half.
  4. Cool it in a room temperature for 2 minutes and transfer into a kulfi mold.
  5. Keep it in the freezer for 4 hours.
  6. Garnish the kulfi with chopped 1 tablespoon pistachios and enjoy.
