Mushroom Fry

Mushroom fry is a delicious starter snack that can be served with any Indian main course meal. You also make different crispy items using Thillai’s Crispy Chicken Mix.

Preparation Method

  1. Take 300gm of Mushroom.
  2. Measure 2 tablespoon of  Thillai’s Crispy Chicken Mix – Pepper Kick into a small bowl and add water to make it into a wet mix.
  3. Empty the remaining dry Chicken mix into a wide plate.
  4. Dip the Mushroom pieces into the wet mix and then coat with the dry mix until the mushroom piece is fully covered with dry mix.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan until hot (160ºC).
  6. Fry the mushroom pieces until golden brown (Approx.4 min).

Now the Perfect Mushroom Fry is ready to serve!!
