Ingredients
- ½ Kg Rice
- 250gm Urad dal
- 100gm Chana dal
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tablespoon Thillai’s Black Pepper
- 20gm Corn, boiled
- 30gm Mushroom, sliced
- 1 Bunch spinach, finely chopped
- Oil (to cook)
Preparation Method For Mushroom Uttapam
- Soak the ½ kg rice, 100gm chana dal and 250gm urad dal overnight.
- Mix them together, add salt and 1 tablespoon Thillai’s Black Pepper and grind it well to a consistent batter.
- Heat tawa, sprinkle some water and wipe.
- Now sprinkle some oil on it and pour the mixture in a circular motion.
- Place the 20gm corn (boiled), 30gm mushroom (sliced) on the uttappam.
- Add some oil on it.
- Once the uttappam turns brown and crispy, turn it over and cook for a few minutes.
- Now Mushroom Uttapam is ready!!!
