Ingredients
- 1 kg Mutton pieces
- 4 Onions
- 3 Cups Yogurt
- 2 tablespoon Thillai’s Guntur Chilli Powder
- 2 tablespoon Thillai’s Nattu Malli Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Thillai’s Erode Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Thillai’s Unjha Cumin Powder
- 6 Thillai’s Cloves
- 6 Thillai’s Cardamom
- 1 teaspoon Thillai’s Whole Black Pepper
- 1 Small Cinnamon stick
- 1 Pinch Saffron
- 1 tablespoon Ginger Paste
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Paste
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 Cup Ghee
- 1/2 bunch Coriander leaves (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Cream
- Water as required
Method

- Heat ½ Cup ghee and ¼ Cup oil in a pan, add 4 onions and saute it till the onions turn into golden colour. Now take them into a plate and let it cool.
- Now take the saute onions in the blender to grind it into smooth paste.
- Add ¼ oil in the same pan, add 1 Kg Mutton pieces, 1 tablespoon Ginger Paste and 1 tablespoon Garlic Paste then saute it for 5 minutes on slow flame.
- Now add 2 tablespoon Thillai’s Guntur Chilli Powder, 1 teaspoon Thillai’s Erode Turmeric Powder, 2 tablespoon Thillai’s Nattu Malli Coriander Powder, salt, 1 teaspoon Thillai’s Whole Black Pepper Crushed, 6 Thillai’s cardamom, 6 Thillai’s cloves, 1 Small Cinnamon stick, 1/2 tablespoon Thillai’s Unjha cumin powder, 3 Cup yogurt and water mix it thoroughly. Cook this for 30 minutes on slow flame.
- Then add onion paste and mix it well. When the mutton pieces are cooked then add 1 Pinch Saffron and 2 tablespoon Fresh Cream. Cook it with closed lid by stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes.
- Finally add ½ bunch coriander leaves chopped for garnishing.
Now delicious Mutton Korma is ready!!
