Ingredients
- 500 g Mutton
- 4 Tablespoon ghee
- 6 clove
- 4 cinnamon
- 4 green cardamom
- 2 black cardamom
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 Large Onion
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- ¾ teaspoon Thillai’s Garam Masala
- 6 Tablespoon yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon Kachri (Cucumis)Powder
- 5 whole Mathania Red Chilli
- Salt to taste
- 250 ml water

Preparation Method
Heat 4 tablespoon of ghee in a pan, and add Mutton Pieces. And add 6 cloves, 4 cinnamon stick, 4 green cardamoms, and 2 black cardamom and add 2 bay leaves, 3 Large Chopped Onions. Fry for 5 mins till light brown.
Add 500 g of Mutton Pieces. Fry for 4 mins on medium heat, and add 1 tablespoon of Ginger Garlic Paste. Fry for 2 mins on low heat. And add ½ teaspoon of salt. Then add 1 Tablespoon of Kachri Powder. Fry for 3 mins on low heat. And add 5 Whole mathania Red chilli. Cook for 5 mins till oil separates.
Lower heats add to 6 Tablespoon of yogurt and mix well. And add to 250ml water mix well covered and cook for 20 mins on low heat. Add to the ¾ teaspoon of Thillai’s Garam Masala mix well covered and cook for 10 mins on low heat.
Now tasty Mutton laal Mass is ready to serve.
