Ingredients
- 500 g Mutton
- 400 g Biryani Rice
- 50 g Thillai’s Easy Biryani Mix
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 3 Tablespoon yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- ½ teaspoon kewra water
- ½ teaspoon rose water
- 1 pinch mace powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 200 ml Water
- 1 tablespoon ghee
Method
Preparation Method:

Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a pressure cooker, and add Mutton pieces. Salt, and add 50 g Thillai’s Easy Biryani mix. And add to ½ teaspoon of kewra water, add to ½ teaspoon of rose water, and 1 pinch of mace powder then Mix all of these together.

Add 1 tablespoon yogurt, and add 2 tablespoons of clarified butter, and add in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and add semi cooked rice, 200 ml of water. Mix it well.

Cover and cook for about 25 minutes and add in 1 tablespoon of Ghee mix it well.
