Ingredients
- 600 kg Mutton
- 50 g Thillai’s Easy Pandiyanadu Mutton Kuzhambu mix
- 1 Teaspoon Thillai’s Malabar Black Pepper Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Thillai’s Garam Masala
- 2 Tablespoon Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 500 ml water
- Salt as required
- Few Coriander leaves
Method
Preparation Method:

Heat 2 tablespoon of edible oil in a pan, and add 250 g of cleaning mutton pieces in it. Add 50 g of Thillai’s Easy Pandiyanadu Mutton Kuzhambu mix with mutton.

Add 1 Teaspoon of Thillai’s Pepper Powder and add 1 Teaspoon Thillai’s Garam Masala and add to1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice sauté for a few minutes. Add 500 ml of water and salt, mix well and bring to boil.

Cook on low flame for 20 min or until mutton becomes tender and thickens slightly. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves serve hot.
