Oats Masala Idli

      • 1 Bowl Oats (coarsely powdered)
      • 1/2 Bowl Rawa
      • Little grated carrot
      • 1/2 Cup yogurt + 1tsp unflavored whey protein powder
      • 1/4 Cup grated coconut

    Preparation Method:

      1. Mix the above in a bowl, add salt and season with Mustard, cumin, green chillies chopped, curry leaves.
      2. Add coriander leaves.
      3. Mix the batter well. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
      4. If the batter is too thick, add water to required. consistency.
      5. Steam in Idli pan for 10-15 minutes.

    Now tasty  Oats Masala Idli is ready to serve.
