Ingredients
- 1 Bowl Oats (coarsely powdered)
- 1/2 Bowl Rawa
- Little grated carrot
- 1/2 Cup yogurt + 1tsp unflavored whey protein powder
- 1/4 Cup grated coconut
Preparation Method:

- Mix the above in a bowl, add salt and season with Mustard, cumin, green chillies chopped, curry leaves.
- Add coriander leaves.
- Mix the batter well. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
- If the batter is too thick, add water to required. consistency.
- Steam in Idli pan for 10-15 minutes.
Now tasty Oats Masala Idli is ready to serve.
