Add 120 g of chopped tomatoes fry until you get a pleasant aroma. Add 50 g thillai’s easy biryani mix and add to 400 g paneer fry for a 2 min.

Now add 400 g biryani rice and blend well, add required amount of water (800 ml) and salt for better taste add 1 tablespoon ghee. Pressure cook until you hear three or four whistles from the cooker.

Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
