Ingredients:
- 5 1/2 Teaspoons Thillai’s Curry Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Thillai’s Garam Masala Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Oil
- 1 Large Onion
- 2 Medium Tomatoes
- 2 Medium Carrots
- 1 Cup Green Peas
- 1 Cup Green Beans
- 1 Large Bell Pepper
- 2 Potatoes
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- Few Coriander Leaves
- 500 ml Water
Preparation Method:

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. And add 2 chopped onions sauté till pink, and add to 2 chopped tomatoes sauté till tomatoes become mushy for 2 mins.

Add 2 medium chopped carrots, and add 1 cup chopped green beans, and add 2 chopped potatoes, and add 1 cup of chopped large bell pepper, and add 1 cup of chopped green peas.

Add 5 ½ teaspoons Thillai’s Curry Powder, and add 2 tablespoons of Thillai’s Garam Masala Powder and add to 1 cup of coconut milk sauté till gravy.

Now add to 500 ml water and mix well, cook until gravy thickens.

Garnish with fresh few coriander leaves.
