AFLATOON SWEET

    Ingredients:

    • 1/2 bowl milk powder
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/2 cup fine semolina
    • 120ml pure ghee
    • 200g mawa(khoya)
    • 12 almonds
    • 12 cashew nuts
    • 15 pistachios
    • 250ml Milk

    Preparation Method:

    Heat the pan add 50ml of ghee then add 12 chopped almond, pistachios, and 12 chopped Cashew nut fry for 45-50 sec in low medium flame dry remove in plate

    Then in same pan add 70ml of ghee after that add ½ cup of fine semolina stir fry continuously till light golden brown colour in a low to medium flame for 7-8 min

    Then add ½ cup of sugar and ½ bowl of milk powder stir fry continuously till the colour change in low medium flame fir 7-8 min

    Now add in 250ml of milk, 200g mawa and 1/2 quantity fried dry fruits mix it well stir fry continuously till desired consistency which we want no lumps should be there smooth texture should be there

    When we get desired colour turn off the gas

    Then grease the tray, plate or cake tin with pure ghee

    Pour the mixture set it properly all over the tray then spread remaining dry fruits

    Set it for cool down then cut into piece

     

    Now tasty Aflatoon Sweet is ready to serve.
