IDLI BITES WITH CHUTNEY SHOTS

    Ingredients:

    • Left over idlis
    • peas
    • carrot
    • boiled potatoes
    • ginger
    • garlic
    • green chillies
    • cabbage
    • garam masala
    • chilli powder
    • curry leaves
    • turmeric powder
    • salt to taste,
    • little oil to shallow fry. 

      For Chutney:

    • Coconut
    • Jaggery
    • red chillies
    • curry leaves
    • tamarind
    • salt to taste

    Preparation Method:

    • In a bowl mash idlis with all boiled vegetables then dry spices.

    • Give them any shape as you like.

    • Then shallow fry with little oil till color changes to golden brown.

     

    • For chutney blend together all the above ingredients…..with little water…

    Now tasty  Idli bites with chutney shots is ready to serve.
