    Ingredients:

    • Idli -7
    • milk -1/2 cup
    • maida- 2Teaspoon
    • corn flour-2Teaspoon
    • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
    • sugar -1cup
    • water-1cup

    Preparation Method:

    Put 7 Idli and 1/2 cup milk in mixie and grind well

    Take that batter and mix with maida 2Teaspoon and corn flour 2 Teaspoon and mix well in dough consistency and make it into small balls.

    Take a pan and add 1cup water and 1cup of sugar and make sugar syrup.

    Then add the Idli balls and allow it to absorb the sugar syrup.

    Idli Rasagulla is ready.
