KANCHI IDLI

    Ingredients:

    • 2 glass Rice
    • 1 glass urad dal
    • 1/4 glass aval
    • Cooking oil
    • Cooking soda1/4 tea spoon
    • Pepper 1/2 tea spoon
    • Mustard 1 to 2 tea spoon
    • Hing 1/4 tea spoon
    • Salt to taste
    • Jeera 1/2 tea spoon
    • 2 Green chillies
    • Curry leaves
    • Butter

    Preparation Method:

    Idli batter 

    • *Soak thick aval, rice, and urad dal for 6-7hours.
    • *Then grind this into a batter and again rest it aside for 6-8 hours.

    Tadka

    • * In a pan pours some oil and add mustard seeds, jeera, urad dal, curry leaves, and hing.
    • * Combine this tadka to the batter and add salt and cooking soda.
    • * Now make idlies and serve it hot.
    Now tasty Kanchi idli is ready to serve.
