    Ingredients:

    • Idli rice 4 cup
    • urad dal 1 cup
    • Fenugreek 1 T-spoon
    • Rock salt 1 T-spoon
    • Sesame oil 1 spoon
    • Required water

    Preparation Method:

    • Soak rice, dal & fenugreek for 4hours then grind Into batter & add salt, oil. Keep aside to ferment for 8 to 10 hour.

    • Take idli cooker, fill batter on the idli mold.

    • After 10 mins of steaming idli’s are ready.

    • Serve with Thillai’s idli powder.

     

    Now tasty Madurai Idli is ready to serve.
