- Idli rice 4 cup
- urad dal 1 cup
- Fenugreek 1 T-spoon
- Rock salt 1 T-spoon
- Sesame oil 1 spoon
- Required water
- Soak rice, dal & fenugreek for 4hours then grind Into batter & add salt, oil. Keep aside to ferment for 8 to 10 hour.
- Take idli cooker, fill batter on the idli mold.
- After 10 mins of steaming idli’s are ready.
- Serve with Thillai’s idli powder.
Now tasty Madurai Idli is ready to serve.
