OATS MASALA IDLI

    Ingredients:

    • 1 bowl Oats (coarsely powdered)
    • 1/2 bowl Rawa
    • Little grated carrot
    • 1/2 cup yoghurt + 1tsp unflavored whey protein powder
    • 1/4 cup grated coconut

    Preparation Method:

    • Mix the above in a bowl, add salt and season with Mustard, cumin, green chillies chopped, curry leaves.

    • Add coriander leaves.

    • Mix the batter well. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

    • If the batter is too thick, add water to required consistency.

    • Steam in Idli pan for 10-15 minutes.

     

    Now tasty  Oats Masala Idli is ready to serve.
