PALLIPALAYAM MUTTON KOTTHU KARI IDLI

    Ingredients:

    • 1 teaspoon Thillai’s chilli powder
    • 1 teaspoon Thillai’s pepper powder
    • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon Thillai’s turmeric powder
    • 4 idli
    • 200g mutton keema
    • 5 small onion
    • 2 Tomato
    • Few coriander leaves and mints
    • 2 tablespoons Ginger garlic paste
    • Salt
    • Water

    Preparation Method:

    Heat oil in pan

    Add Cleaned mutton keema

    Add same water

    Add 2 tablespoons of Thillai’s Easy pallipalayam chicken mix

    Cook for 15 min .The mutton Keema is ready

    Take again heat oil in pan

    Add small chopped onion

    Add 2 chopped Tomato

    Add Thillai’s turmeric powder

    Add Thillai’s pepper powder

    Add Thillai’s chilli powder

    Add garam masala powder

    Add Mutton Keema Gravy

    Cook for onion gold and brown

    Add chopped idli

    Salt to taste,Cook for 10 mins
