- 1 cup Thick poha
- 1.5 cup Idli rava
- 1 cup Curd
- ¾ teaspoon Fruit salt
- 2.5 cups Water – 2.5 cups
Take thick poha 1 cup in a mixie jar and make a coarse powder, transfer it to a bowl
Add 1 cup of curd to it
Now add the Idli rava salt and water mix well and let it for 40 minutes now after 40 minutes now add required water to make thick Idli batter add fruit salt mix well.
Now make the Idli and steam them
Now tasty Poha Idli is ready to serve.
