Rainbow idli

    Ingredients:

    • Corainder
    • red chilli
    • Pepper
    • jeera
    • Curry leaves
    • toor dhal
    • green chilli
    • bengal gram flour
    • Onion
    • Tomato
    • Coconut
    • Garlic ginger one pinch
    • Roasted gram dhal
    • Salt
    • Idly
    • Urid dhal
    • Asafoetedia
    • Oil

    Preparation Method:

    Corainder and green chilli grinded together with little water, mix with idly batter .tomato, red chilli grinded together with little water mix with idly batter. Idly batter with pepper, jeera, curry leaves,grinded coconut mix together

    Toor dhal boil with tomato, onion, green chili, then put oil, mustard seeds, onion, put all together dhal into the pan then chili powder, Bengal gram flour mix with water then pour into the sambar, grind the coconut with water mix it in sambar then after ten mins you can serve.

    coconut two big size, garlic ,ginger one pinch, salt, roasted gram dhal grind together,only idly batter,Bengal gram , urid dhal ,asafoetedia roast together then red chilli 5in no, with oil mix it together

    Now coriander leaf idly, tomato idly, Kanchipuram idli, sambar idli, coconut chutney idly, idly,  then podi idly. Put in idly pot plates then boil for ten minutes rainbow idly ready.

     

    Now tasty Rainbow idli is ready to serve.
