- Rava-1 cup
- Thick curd- 2 cups
- Cooking soda- 1 Teaspoon
- Salt- as required
Mix rava, curd, cooking soda and salt and set it aside for about 30 mins
After 30 mins check for the batter consistency.
If it has become too thick add little water and cooking soda accordingly and adjust the consistency.
Now greese the Idli plate with little ghee.
Keep a cashew and few sprinkles of coriander in the holes of the Idli plate as a garnish, above that pour the batter and fill the hole to three fourth.
Steam the batter for about 10 mins. Now the idlies are ready to be served
Now tasty Rava Idli is ready to serve.
