SPICY IDLI / MASALA IDLI / KARAM IDLI

    Ingredients:

    • Urad Dal: 250 gms
    • Idli rava: 500 gms
    • Salt to taste
    • Cooking soda: pinch
    • Curry leaves, Coriander leaves
    • Green chillies: 15
    • Carrot: 3
    • Mustard seeds: 2Teaspoons
    • Hing: 1Teaspoon
    • Oil: 2Teaspoons

    Preparation Method:

    • Heat the pan, add oil, green chillies & coriander leaves fry it well & grind it becomes paste.

    • After, add oil, hing, mustard seeds, curry leaves, turmeric tempering it.

    • Switch off the flame. Grated the carrot.

    • Mix the batter in these. Make the idlis.

    • Serve with chutney & sambar.
