TRICOLOUR CAKE

    Ingredients:

    • Butter 200 GMs
    • Maida 2 cups
    • Sugar 1.5 cups
    • Eggs 4
    • 1 spoon baking powder n soda
    • Vanilla essence
    • Permitted food colour
    • Milk half cup

    Mix butter and sugar till smooth batter, then in another bowl sugar and egg white mix till fluffy and then add egg yellow with essence and baking soda and powder together gradually add milk accordingly

    Now take 3 batch 1st bottom green color and pours in a cake mold, then the original batter without any color and top batter in saffron color and bake for 45 mins
