    Ingredients:

    • Idli rice 1 cup
    • Bengal gram 1/4 cup
    • Uraddhall 1/4 cup
    • Fenugreek Seeds
    • Salt
    • Oil
    • Mustard

    Preparation Method:

    • Soak rice and Uraddhall, fenugreek for 3 hrs then Grind it like a batter.

    • Soak Bengal gram overnight then Grind it as a paste mix it with idli batter.

    • For tempting oil, mustard, curry leaves add it.

    • Use tumbler apply oil inside then pour the batter..

    • Steam it for 10 – 12 minutes.
