Kerala Chicken Gravy Recipe

This is a rustic recipe based on a very few ingredients that go to make this free-range
chicken curry recipe.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 kg Chicken Bone/Boneless
    • Thillais Turmeric powder As Required
    • Chilli PowderAs Required
    • Thillai’s Curry powder
    • Thillai’s garam masala
    • Thillai’s Pepper powder
    • Garlic pods Few
    • Ginger Few Pieces
    • 3 Green chillies
    • 3 Onion Big Size
    • 2 Tomato Medium size
    • Curry leaves
    • Salt To Taste
    • Oil

    Preparation Method:

    1

    Grind the materials of following with water . Garlic, Ginger , Green chilli, Chilli, curry powder and make a for marination.

    Clean and cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces.

    Add 1 Kg chicken.

    Cut onions and sauté in hot oil.

    Add green chillies and curry leaves. Saute for 1 minute.

    Add the tomato to this and saute for 1 minute.

    Add the chicken pieces in to the pan and sauté well for some time.

    Make sure that all the chicken pieces are well coated with the gravy.

    Sprinkle Thillais Garam masala & Thillais Pepper Powder and mix well.

    You can use this gravy for Dosa, chappathi, parota.
