- 6 Idlis
- 2 Tablespoons Ginjali oil
- 1 Big onion
- ½ Capsicum
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Paste
- 1 Green Chilli
- 2 Tomato
- ½ Teaspoon Thillai’s Erode Turmeric Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Thillai’s Guntur Chilli Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Thillai’s Garam Masala
- ½ Teaspoon Lemon Juice
Cut the idli into small pieces. Heat 2 tablespoons of ginjali oil in a pan, add 1 chopped green Chilli, 1 teaspoon of Garlic Paste, and add 1 chopped big onion, add ½ chopped capsicum, and add 2 chopped tomatoes and add salt to taste and then fry for 3 mins.
Add ½ teaspoon of lemon juice, ½ teaspoon of Thillai’s Turmeric Powder, and add ½ teaspoon of Thillai’s Chilli powder, and add ½ teaspoon of Thillai’s Garam Masala and mix well, finally add the small pieces of idli and cook for 5 mins.
Garnish with fresh Coriander leaves.
