- 200 g Mushroom
- 200 g Basmati Rice
- 125 ml Oil
- 800 ml Water
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- Few coriander leaves
Heat 125 ml of oil in a pressure cooker.
Add 100 g mixed Vegetable fry until you get a pleasant aroma. Add 50 g Thillai’s Easy Biryani Mix and fry for a minute.
Now add 200 g Biryani Rice and blend well, add required amount of water (800 ml) and salt for better taste add 1 tablespoon ghee. Pressure cook until you hear three or four whistles from the cooker.
Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
Now tasty Mushroom Biryani is ready to serve.
