MUTTON CURRY

    • 1 kg Mutton pieces with bone
    • 2 Tablespoon Oil
    • ½  Teaspoon Mustard
    • 100 g Onion
    • 20 g Coconut Paste
    • Water as required
    • Coriander leaves

    Preparation Method:

    Heat 2 tablespoon of edible oil in a pan, add ½  Teaspoon Mustard and 100 g of onion, sauté for 2 min until onion becomes light brown.

    Add 1 kg of washed Mutton pieces, 2 tablespoons of Thillai’s curry powder into the pan and stir fry for some time.

    Add 20 g coconut paste and salt to taste with necessary water. Stir well all the content and simmer and till cooked.

    Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.

    Tastes Best With: Plain rice or chapattis
