MUTTON SHANKS CURRY / MUTTON PAYA

    • 1 kg Mutton shanks 
    • 2 Tablespoon Oil
    • 50 g small Onion
    • 3 small Tomatoes
    • 2 Teaspoon Ginger and Garlic Paste
    • 1.5 litters water
    • Coriander leaves

    Preparation Method:

    Heat a liter of 1.5 Liters water in a Pressure cooker until. Add 1 kg Mutton Leg and let it boil for cook on a low flame for 90 minutes.

    Heat 2 tablespoon of edible oil in a pan, Add 50 g chopped onion and 3 chopped tomatoes and add 2 Teaspoon of ginger and garlic Paste and add to 50 g Thillai’s Curry Powder. Sauté for 5 minutes. And add it to the Pressure cooker.

    Boil for cook on a low flame for 10 minutes. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves Mutton paya is ready to be serve.
