- 250 g mushroom
- 2 tablespoons Thillai’s Easy Pallipalayam Chicken Mix
- 2 Tablespoons Oil
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 3 green chillies
- 200 ml water
- Few coriander leaves
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
And add to 3 chopped green chillies and add to 2 tablespoons of tomato paste sauté for 2 mins.
And add 2 tablespoons of Thillai’s Easy Pallipalayam Chicken Mix and cook until.
Add 200 ml water and bring it to boil white boiling and diced/ sliced 250 g mushroom pieces & allow cooking for 10 minutes.
Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
Tasty best with: white rice and idli, Dosa
Now tasty Pallipalayam Mushroom Gravy is ready to serve.
