PANEER CHETTINAD GRAVY

    • 200g Paneer
    • 2 Tablespoon Oil
    • 3 Tablespoon Coconut Paste
    • 2 Onion
    • 3 Tomatoes
    • 500 ml Water
    • Few Coriander Leaves

    Preparation Method:

    Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a pan. And add 2 chopped onion sauté till pink, and add to 3 chopped tomatoes sauté till tomatoes become mushy for 2 mins.

    Add 5 ½ teaspoons of Thillai’s Easy Chettinad Chicken Mix and add to 3 tablespoon of coconut paste sauté till gravy.

    Now add to 200 g Paneer and blend well. Add to 500 ml water and mix well, cook until gravy thickens.

    Garnish With Fresh Few Coriander Leaves.
