TRI COLOR CHICKEN KEBAB

    • 1 Kg Boneless Chicken
                          Malai Kebab
    • 3 Tablespoons thick and Creamy Yogurt
    • 2 Tablespoons Cream
    • 1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
    • 1 Teaspoon White Pepper Powder
    • ½ Teaspoon Kasuri Methi
    • ½ Teaspoon Green Chilli Paste
    • Salt 
                         Palak Kebab
    • 3 Tablespoons Yogurt
    • 2 Tablespoons Palak Puree
    • 1 Teaspoon Ginger, Garlic and Green Chili Paste
    • 1/2 Teaspoon Kasuri Methi
    • Mint Purée Very Little For Taste
    • Salt 
                         Tikka Kebab
    • 3 Tablespoons Yogurt
    • 1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
    • ½ Teaspoon Kasuri Methi
    • ¼ Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
    • ¼ Teaspoon Cardamom Powder
    • Salt

    Preparation Method:

    Cut the chicken and segregate in three bowls. I used Thigh boneless chicken pieces.

    In a bowl, add the chicken and add 3 tablespoons thick and creamy yogurt, 2 tablespoons of cream, 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon of white pepper powder, ½ teaspoon  Kasuri Methi, ½ teaspoon green chilli, paste, and add to taste for salt and chicken and mix well.

    In a bowl, add the 3 Tablespoons Yogurt, 2 Tablespoons Palak Puree, Taste for Salt, 1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic And Green Chili Paste, 1/2 Teaspoon Kasuri Methi, Mint Purée Very Little For Taste, ½ Teaspoon Thillai’s Kashmiri Chilli Powder and  Chicken and mix well

    In a bowl, add the 3 tablespoons Yogurt, 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste, 1 teaspoon Thillai’s Kashmiri Chilli powder, ½ teaspoon Kasuri Methi, 1 teaspoon Thillai’s Nattu Malli Coriander Powder, ¼ teaspoon Cardamom Powder, ¼ Teaspoon Thillai’s Erode Turmeric Powder, ¼ teaspoon Ground Nutmeg and add taste to salt and  mix well with chicken and marinate all for 3 hours max.

    Meanwhile, soak the skewers in water for 20 min before grilling.

    I grilled in a pan so add some butter and grill till it’s done and serve hot with mint chutney. Garnish With Fresh Few Coriander Leaves and Onion Rings
