    Ingredients

      • Urad Dal: 250 gms
      • Idli rava: 500 gms
      • Salt to taste
      • Cooking soda: pinch
      • Curry leaves, Coriander leaves
      • Green chillies 15 no’s
      • Carrot: 3
      • Mustard seeds: 2Teaspoons
      • Hing: 1 Teaspoon
      • Oil 2 Teaspoons

    Preparation Method:

      1. Heat the pan, add oil, green chillies & coriander leaves fry it well & grind it becomes paste.
      2. After, add oil, hing, mustard seeds, curry leaves, turmeric tempering it.
      3. Switch off the flame. Grated the carrot.
      4. Mix the batter in these. Make the idlis.
      5. Serve with chutney & sambar.

    Now tasty  Spicy Idli / Masala Idli / Karam Idli is ready to serve.
