Spicy Mutton Pakoda

Spicy Mutton pakoda is a quick and easy recipe suitable for a pleasant raining weather. It is an crunchy and delicious snack which is loved by all especially kids.! Serve hot Spicy Mutton Pakoda with coriander chutney, lemon wedges, onion slices or rings.

    1. Wash and clean the ½ Kg Mutton Pieces.
    2. In a pressure cooker add1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste, 1 teaspoon Thillai’s Guntur Chilli Powder, 1 teaspoon Thillai’s Ujha Cumin Powder, 1/2 teaspoon Thillai’s Erode Turmeric Powder. Add mutton pieces ,pour little water ,cover the lid, and  cook in the pressure cooker  for 4-5 whistles till  the mutton gets tender.
    3. In a mixing bowl add 1 Cup Gram Flour, 2 tablespoon Rice Flour, 1/2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste, salt , 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda, 1 teaspoon Thillai’s Guntur Chilli Powder, 1 teaspoon Thillai’s Black Pepper Powder, mix well with a little water.
    4. Heat oil in a pan, dip the mutton pieces into the batter and deep fry them until it turns crispy.
    5. Place them in an absorbent paper.

    Now yummy and delicious Spicy Mutton Pakoda is ready!!
