- Thillai’s Team is operational from Monday – Saturday: 09:30 A.M- 6:00 P.M IST (India)
- We observe a close on all government declared holidays.
A product can be returned within 3 days of delivery. Return and Exchange only if the products are damaged or if a wrong product is shipped by us. Returns are at the cost of the Buyer. No cash refunds are made. You will be sent the same product that was originally ordered as a replacement.

Rights you grant us
On acceptance of Terms & Conditions by a user, the user gives his/her explicit permission to call or contact the user via SMS or email through any medium which Thillai’s Masala deems fit.
