1. Returns

1.1 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will arrange for a return and provide you with a replacement.

1.2 Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will assist you in returning the incorrect item and arranging for the correct product to be sent to you.

1.3 Returns due to Personal Preference

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for personal reasons, you may return the unopened product within 48 hours of receiving it. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and a restocking fee may apply.

2. Cancellations

2.1 Order Cancellation before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request and issue a refund promptly. You can also cancel your order through your account using the cancel option.

2.2 Order Cancellation after Shipment

If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you may return the unopened package as per our return policy. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking fee may apply.

Ensure that the returned product is securely packed and in its original condition. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and verified, we will initiate the refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

4.2

Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
