Description
Boil 200g of Toor dal in a pressure cooker. Heat 2 tbsp of edible oil in a pan, add mustard and curry leaves and saute for 30 seconds.
- Now add chopped onions and stir fry until it turns golden brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes, 100g of chopped vegetables, little tamarind juice, salt to taste and add 1 tbsp of Thillais Sambar Powder
- Cook this content with boiled dhal and necessary water. Stir well and boil the contents for 15 minutes.
- Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves. Now tasty sambar is ready to serve.
