If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48hrs of receiving the order. We will assist you in returning the incorrect item and arranging for the correct product to be sent to you.

 

1.3. Returns due to Personal Preference:

We understand that individual preferences may vary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for personal reasons, you may return the unopened product within 48hrs of receiving it. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking fee may apply.

Cancellations:

2.1. Order Cancellation before Shipment:

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request and issue a refund promptly or simply click on the cancel button found in your account under your order.

 

2.2. Order Cancellation after Shipment:

If you decide to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you may return the unopened package following our return instructions (as mentioned in section 1.3). Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking fee may apply.
